Meet.AI is built as a privacy-first backchannel for meetings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you when you interact with our website and companion tool.

Core Commitments

Local listening: Audio stays on your device while the mic is active. Sessions reset when you close Meet.AI.
No chat posting: We never post messages back into meeting chat or share responses with other attendees.
Minimal website data: Only lightweight analytics are captured to understand aggregate usage.

Website Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to measure visits, referring pages, and general engagement. Data is aggregated and does not include personal identifiers.

If Google AdSense is enabled in the future, their cookies and policies will apply. You will see clear notice and the option to manage consent before ads are displayed.

Meet.AI Companion Tool

Authentication happens directly with Google. We do not receive your Google credentials.
Audio is interpreted locally and discarded when you end or close the session.
Optional documents you provide for context are encrypted in transit and purged when the session ends.

Future features like meeting notes or recordings will ship with explicit opt-in controls and storage options that keep you in charge of your data.
